The Fin Machine Company offers an exclusive microchannel technology and welded tube for the HVAC & Refrigeration industry. The technology consists in a fin line for producing condenser coils for the air conditioning and refrigeration applications. The technology has been widely used in the automotive industry for many years with considerable success. Microchannel condenser coils are constructed utilizing an all aluminium brazed fin construction.
Core assembly systems are available to produce condensers (Automotive and HVAC), Radiators, Heaters, Evaporators and CAC
The air conditioning industry faces a constant challenge to provide higher efficiency levels and to maintain equipment size and limit potential cost impact. The microchannel technology that Fin Machine has developed for condenser coil design offers many benefits to manufacturers.
The Fin Machine Company offers a range of automated Fin Lines working up coil length of 500 / 2.500 / 4.0000mm, complete with Fin Mill, Tube Mill & Core Builder.
A microchannel coil consists of three components; the flat microchannel tube, the fins located between alternating layers of microchannel tubes, and two refrigerant manifolds. The manifolds, cicrochannel tubes and fins are joined are joined together in a single coil in a nitrogen-charged brazing furnace.
Overall product quality and integrity are maximized, since only one uniformed braze in the furnace is required, as compared to 200 or 300 manually brazed connections on traditional copper / aluminum coils.
The Fin Machine Company has supply contracts with Key HVAC manufacturers that will be in full production by the end of 2008.
