Folded Tube Mill

Now recognised as the market leader with over 10 years experience of producing all types of folded tubes including dimpled/dimple, free, none dimpled, thin walled and CAC tubes.

The Tube Mill is designed to take flat stock material and produce folded tubes. A driven decoiler unwinds material from a coil at a constant speed (matched to the form rolls).

The form rolls in modular cassettes develop the strip in stages to produce the finished tube form. Tubes of the required length are cut by the cut off station and transported from the Tube Mill on a conveyor. The Tube Mill operations and adjustments are directed from a front mounted sliding console supplying PLC information to the pneumatic/servomotor circuits.
